Terms of Use & Refund Policy

In short: PostShot is free to start. Pro is either $3.99 a month (cancel anytime) or $24 once. If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Screenshots show other people's posts — share them fairly.

1. The service

PostShot is a browser extension that turns posts on X into images. These terms apply when you install or use PostShot, or buy PostShot Pro. By using PostShot you agree to them. PostShot is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp. X is a trademark of X Corp.

2. Free and Pro

The free version can be used at no cost, with a monthly limit on the number of posts you can export and a small PostShot mark on images. PostShot Pro removes the limit and unlocks extra features. Pro is offered as a monthly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Both include the updates we release for PostShot.

3. Subscriptions

Pro Monthly renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing us; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. When a subscription ends, PostShot returns to the free version. Lifetime is a single payment with no renewals.

4. Your Pro license

After purchase, you receive a license key by email. It gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pro on up to 3 of your own computers at a time. Don't share, publish or resell your key. To move Pro to another computer, use "Deactivate this computer" first. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly, used fraudulently, or refunded.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record and handles billing, receipts and applicable sales taxes. Creem's terms apply to the checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply its own currency conversion.

6. Refund policy

If you're not happy with Pro, email tabwright.dev@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address you used to buy or your order number, and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked. Once refunded, the license key stops working. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

7. Content and acceptable use

Posts belong to the people who wrote them. You are responsible for how you use and share the images you make, including respecting copyright and X's rules. PostShot shows posts as published and does not let you edit their text; don't use it to misrepresent what someone said. Don't use PostShot to break the law, don't try to bypass its limits or license checks, and don't attack or overload our license service.

8. Changes and availability

PostShot depends on how X publishes posts, which can change without notice. We may improve, change or remove features over time, and we may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

PostShot is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
